Site is back up: Issues was something rather simple but still something that was unexpected.. Our PHP runtime version had been changed to different one. where our site requires certain version. Please report if anyone has issues accessing the site. :) We apologize for any inconvenience!

If your cashout is being marked as failed the most likely reason is that you don't have BTC address. You can change it in My Account -> Profile -> Accounts

If you have a Pending Payment and you think it takes long time there is reason for which can be found on our TOS 6.12, 6.13 and to be honest just read the whole TOS 6.xx parts. Thank you. This applies to especially to freshly registered users completing offers. We have a safe period in place to protect ourselves, our members and our partners.
