Ha enviado un mensaje en las dos ptc que siguen en pie... viene a decir que por los problemas que está teniendo con paypal, buxhost no ha debido recibir los pagos por los servicios de biglevel y bigcommission por lo que le han suspendido, se supone que se solucionará en breve.

To all BIGPTC Group Members,
Many members are still sending duplicate support tickets and I can no longer answer them one by one so I decided to bring this news to you via our message center. Here is the reason why our 2 sites are still down up to this writing.
Admin sent payment for additional bandwidth of biglevelbux and bigcommissionbux to buxhost yesterday but it is temporarily held by paypal for review as we are using a new PayPal account for our payment transactions. Because of this, our payment was not received by buxhost thus the reason for these 2 sites' temporary suspension. Here is the link of the transaction yesterday. I immediately sent a support ticket to buxhost and the rep said that it is not a problem and that we can just pay using our alertpay BUT through Admin's Buxhost account gateway in the admin panel. Unfortunately, Admin forgot to give me his username and password in his buxhost gateway.
ADMIN DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS AS HE HAS EMAILED ME LAST TIME HE WAS ONLINE ABOUT THE GOOD NEWS THAT ALL OF OUR 4 SITES ARE NOW COVERED WITH THE HIGHEST PROTECTION BY REFUND PROTECT.
As soon as admin goes online he will resolve this immediately SO DON'T PANIC. LET'S STAY CALM AS THIS PROBLEM IS NOT SOMETHING SERIOUS. I just don't have access to admin's buxhost account that's why i can't pay buxhost on my own but i have sent support ticket to buxhost to look into this.
Please let's just wait until Admin goes online. Many don't know that he is having internet connection problem in his country for 5-6 days now but his connection will be restored to normal soon. Rest assured we are on top of these situations.
