Atension please!
As many of you noticed, we have a major problem with the cashouts.
After members are requesting their payments, system adding the same amount of money back to members balances.
Our coders are looking in to this and will fix this as fast as they can, but meanwhile we are not able to send any payments to members until this issue is not solved. We really hope it will be fixed during weekend so no delays in payments hopefully...
Now the problem is that we don't know yet when this started and what amount of members tucked advantage of this. We are tracking all the data at the moment and hopefully we will have results very fast. Until then, please who noticed this problem with your cash out, post a reply in this threat, because this will help us to track things faster.
Those who will try to take advantage of this issue will be charged or maybe even suspended if his here actions will be major harmful to our business model. So just if you noticed this issue with your account, just don't do nothing with that money and post it here, so we cud adjust your account and record the time sheet for this problem.
